King Construction & Remodeling handles all types and sizes of home remodeling, renovation, and addition projects. All projects are overseen by our lead General Contractor, Jeff King. Our interior home remodeling company serves the residents of Faulkner County.

The general method of approaching each project is the same for every client, with specifics of each job addressed in the individual contract.

First, a client reaches out, either by call or through our website, to express their desire for a home remodeling project. A general scope of the remodeling project is acquired—budget, timeframe, and types of changes wanted—and an appointment is scheduled for an in-depth and in-person consultation.

We meet the client at their home to review the area they wish to remodel and discuss the desired floorplan, materials, and changes the client would like to have done as well as discuss any appropriate action necessary to make it happen. For example, if a client wishes to modify the layout of the bathroom, considerations are made to the necessity of reconfiguring the plumbing system and the costs associated with the labor and materials to achieve the desired transformation.

A projected estimate is provided to the client for their home remodel. Once accepted, we move forward with reviewing specific materials—countertops, vanities, cabinets, tile or other flooring material, and other items like faucets, light fixtures, or accessories (e.g., door pulls, decorative finishes)—and we’ll coordinate with our vendors and obtain any necessary permits on your behalf.

We then draw up a contract of the work to be completed, inclusive of the materials selected, for the client to review and sign. Once the contract is signed, work begins!
