A California Notary can accept only current, valid, and unexpired photo identification. These forms of ID must contain a photo, a description of the individual, the signature of the individual, and an identifying number.
For all Notary services, including Loan Signings, please have the following available:
**If EZ Notarized has been hired on behalf of a loan agency or officer, we will bring the loan documents to the appointment.
For all Live Scan Fingerprinting services, ID verification requirements are set by the Department of Justice. A certified Live Scan fingerprint roller can accept only current, valid, and unexpired photo identification as the primary form of identification. Alternate ID documents may be accepted.
