Cancellation Policy

Time for a Mobile Notary Public is important—it is how we accommodate the needs of our many clients and help provide Notary Public and Live Scan Fingerprinting to the communities in and around San Joaquin County.

Cancellation Policy

As such, all Cancellations must be made with a 24-hour or greater notice to EZ Notarized within standard operating hours. You may find contact information HERE. Mobile appointment cancellations should be made by phone to ensure receipt of your Cancellation is received within the appropriate cancellation window.

Mobile notary, signing agent, or Live Scan fingerprinting appointments cancelled with a 24-hour or greater notice will be refunded in full.

Mobile notary, signing agent, or Live Scan fingerprinting appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will not be refunded.

Late Policy

Adherence to time constraints is also important when an appointment is not cancelled but merely behind schedule. Clients who are late will be billed $15 in 15-minute block increments. As your time is just as important, should an EZ Notarized representative be late, your rate will be reduced in equal measure. This late policy will be superseded by any verbal, emailed, or written agreement by both parties to adjust the appointment time due to the risk or foresight of being late. This change can be made up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time.
